Isabelle Boyd
Born and bred in Austria, I have always been surrounded by art, music and culture and I learned to appreciate the importance of excellent food and wine – all my trips include a culinary element! After a degree in Hotel Management and a career in Sales and Marketing at Vienna’s Hotel Imperial and Palais Schwarzenberg, I met my Scottish husband and together we settled in London 25 years ago, where we brought up our four children. During this time, I was fortunate to be able to travel extensively, to enjoy and be continuously inspired and exposed to art, ballet and opera. I speak five languages fluently (German, English, French, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese) which enables me to get the most out of my trips to Europe, to keep in touch with family and friends, nurture our friendship and develop my business idea.
I feel it my vocation to pass on my knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for the arts and different cultures, to my friends from all over the world, as well as to unite them with one another and bring them together for an appreciation of the arts and inter-cultural exchange. The ability and desire to share this appreciation of the arts and culture is the aim of setting up Isabelle Events.
